Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Bespoke / Custom Commissions: Unique pieces designed specifically for a client.
• Personalized Items: Jewelry with engravings or custom modifications.

Note: Standard catalog items that are made-to-order are eligible for returns under our standard 14-day policy.
